Guests will receive the keys by the host upon check-in and they will have reserved a parking spot in the building garage, as well as acess to the swimming pool. The life in Alvor is unique, not only due to it’s natural beauty but also because of it’s plurality of attributes, the combination between landscape, weather and facilities that allowed the development of many activities connected to the sea and land. Alvor is memorable both in summertime for its beautiful beaches, and during wintertime for its extensive boardwalk with several km, where it is possible while you’re taking a walk or having a morning jog to look at the Alvor’s Beach diverse fauna and flora. The estuary in Alvor is also famous for its clams, razor clams and cockles that are key ingredients in the gourmet dishes in this village. Our sea is perfect for a day well spent in a Catamaran cruise, the windy days and loved by Kite surfers and the calm ones to Stand-Up Paddle. For the explorers we have the Atlantic ocean at just 15 min walk where you can dive in it’s clean waters and reefs. If you want to stay off the beach there are a number of water parks and theme parks throughout the Algarve, or off road jeep trips in the mountains. For the most adventurous seeking the thrill we suggest racing with karts and cars in the professional tracks of Autódromo de Portimão, if that’s not enough we challenge you to do a 4+ km skydiving jump where you can get all the adrenaline you need! There are three beaches worth mentioning in Alvor: the Alvor Beach, the Três Irmãos Beach and the Prainha, famous for their clean sand and blue sea.

Booking conditions:
Minimum stay:
- 3 nights since 15th September until the 31st May;
- 5 nights since the 1st June until the 15th September.
In accordance with Municipal Law, upon check-in all guests must present their Citizen Card/Passport and pay a fee of 2 euros per person and per night in high season (01/04 to 31/10) or a fee of 1 euros per person and per night in low season (01.11 to 31.03) up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights stay/person (+12 years).
The payment must be done in cash (not credit/debit card).
Cancellation policies:
- Upon booking, the guest will be charged 30% of the total amount.
